Columbus Bargaining Conversations Continue

Over the past two weeks, the Kroger Columbus Division and UFCW Local 1059 bargaining committees have had productive conversations at the bargaining table.

So far, we’ve exchanged proposals and made progress on important topics including pension and health care benefits. We remain committed to working through the bargaining process together.

We appreciate the open dialogue with the Union bargaining committee.  We look forward to continuing these discussions, working towards finding common ground.

Our goal is to reach an agreement that supports you with market-competitive wages, affordable and high-quality healthcare, and a strong pension for your future. We’re also focused on keeping groceries affordable for the communities we serve.

  • What’s New: The Company and Union bargaining committees have scheduled negotiations for Monday, August 4.
  • Stay Informed: We’ll keep you updated. Please be sure to attend your store huddles and visit this website for the latest information.
  • Questions: Your store leaders are here to help. If they don’t have an answer right away, they’ll work to get one for you.

Thank you for your continued uplifting service to our customers and communities.
