Columbus Contract Fails to Ratify

We are disappointed that the fully recommended tentative agreement put forth through collaboration between UFCW Local 1059 and the Company failed to ratify this week.

It’s Business as Usual

We understand working with an expired contract may be stressful. It is important to know, it is business as usual in our Columbus and Central Ohio stores and associates should report to work as scheduled. Your current pay, benefits and working conditions will continue until we have a ratified new agreement.
