On August 15, the Kroger Columbus Division and UFCW Local 1059 bargaining committees met to review your feedback on the Tentative Agreement which had the full support of your Union and associate-led bargaining committee.
The Company is focused on investing in you with market-competitive wages and benefits while keeping groceries affordable for the communities we serve.
Late in today’s bargaining session, the committees reached an agreement to modify the Fully Recommended Tentative Agreement.
With the support of the Union and associate-led bargaining committee, we are holding an in-store ratification vote next week, making it easier for associates to participate and VOTE. Soon, the Union will share more details about the modified Tentative Agreement and the voting process.
Please continue to attend huddles with store leaders, share your questions with members of the management, and go to this website for the latest negotiation updates.
Thank you for your continued dedication and outstanding service to our customers and communities.
