Company and Union Conclude This Week’s Bargaining Session

The Kroger Columbus Division and UFCW Local 1059 bargaining committees concluded this week’s bargaining session.

During the first week of bargaining, the committees exchanged their initial proposals and counterproposals on contract language. They also had honest discussions to identify areas of agreement and work through issues.

Tentative Agreements

The Company and the Union made steady progress throughout the week, reaching tentative agreements on several language items.

The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet during the week of July 28, 2025.
