Soon, we will begin negotiations on your new contract with UFCW Local 1059. I know these negotiations are important to you; they are also important to me and our company. Our goals for this negotiation are to:

• Continue to invest in market-competitive wages
• Maintain your affordable and industry-leading healthcare and retirement benefits
• Reach a balanced agreement that supports our associates while ensuring groceries remain affordable for our customers
